InstallShield Special Offer for Wise Installation users

As reported before, Symantec (who owns Wise since 2007) has discontinued their developer focused setup authoring tools Wise Installation Studio and Wise Installation Express. This leaves Wise Installation users with essentially two possible directions for the future: either migrate to Wise Package Studio, Symantec's tool for system administrators and repackagers, or switch to a setup authoring tool from another vendor.
