I have a pretty dumb question about the MSDE object:
The MSDE object is installed during the file transfer part of the runtime process, but the SQL login dialog happens at the beginning of the installation.
How does one then:
1. Pass the login screen.
2. Install MSDE.
3. Execute scripts.
Does this process require some custom scripting? Should I just use the regular (Microsoft) MSDE installer? How have people been doing it? Before the installation or during?
Thanks.

Maybe you can install MSDE as a prerequisite.
The problem with MSDE I guess is that it's not running until you reboot.
