Hello,

One of our customer has a problem with the installation of our application (with BASIC MSI project).
He uses active directory to deploy our application.
The first installation is OK, but the second (major upgrade) causes the following errors :
The application is uninstalled ,
The application appears several times in add/remove programs.

(Manual installation (click on MSI file) of our application is OK.)

Can someone help me ?

If you see multiple instances in Add/Remove Programs this indicates that the automatic uninstall of the old version didn't take place. Did you make sure that ALLUSERS is the same value for the old and the new installation? A log file of the major upgrade should indicate what the problem is.
