Hi,

Media failed with a warning message
File group: CGRClasses
Warning -5000: File group 'CGRClasses' contains a link to a not existing file

I selected CGRClasses file group in our Project and observed that some of the files were not loaded. The message is **file not found**.When I searched for the file in Windows Explorer ,the file exists.

I looked for one of the missing file and length of the filename including the path is 224 bytes.

What is the limit of the filename?

Can you please help me in solving the issue

Thanks in advance
Kamala

I don't know if there's a limit and what it would be. But have you tried to makle it shorter (for testing purposes) to see if that fixes the problem?

Yes, it worked with reducing the length of the directory name.

Maybe you can use the DOS subst command to map a drive letter to a folder to shorten the path?
