How to create Dialog box ???

Hi ,

I am using Installshield Universal 10.50 sp2 premier .I want to create one Custom dialog box ,which includes more Labels, edit text boxes, Radio buttons, Group buttons, Combo boxes...etc. So Definitely the size of this dialog box is exceeding the stadard size of the dialog In installshield. By using HTML i am creating this dialog box, After creating this I don't know how to import into the install shield ?

Else is there any other way to create this dialog box in install shield itself !!! . Please let me know if your not clear with my question.

Please let me know how to solve this problem?
