It is very difficult to debug those tables by hand. And after doing much work in the project the tables doesn't quiet look to be correct anymore.

Are there any check tools available to find out and / or get rid of unused or wrong table entries and dependencies in MSI / MSM tables especially the Directory table and it's dependecies to other tables?
It is very difficult to debug those tables by hand. And after doing much work in the project the tables doesn't quiet look to be correct anymore.

Validation: in Orca, see the options menu. Or look out for MSIVAL2, a command-line validation utility.
Most of the ICE (= Internal Consistency Error) messages are documented on MSDN.
