How to bypass User Info dialog

I'm using Wise for Windows Installer 3.x
When trying to repackage ACDSee and I uncheck the "User Information" dialog, I get an error when tying to install the package. How do I satisfy the installer with user data, and make the package unattended? PLEASE HELP!

By setting the appropriate properties (the same that the dialog would set). Examine the dialog to find out the names of these properties.
BTW it would be helpful if you tell us which error message you get.
