Localized standard strings were not generated.

When I select a language from the available languages list,the corresponding string table was created,while the associated standard strings were not localized,it's still English.My project was initially generated by InstallShield 5.5 based InstallScript not MSI and I converted it with Developer 8.02.
How can I handle this situation?

You could create a new project, add the language, export it, and import it to your existing project.
