[BASCI MSI]
I have several features:
F1 (not visible, required = yes)
F2 (visible, required = no)
F3 (visible, required = no)
If I start the msi from the cmd line with ADDLOCAL="F2,F3" then the feature F1 is not installed.
How can I force F1 to be installed despite ADDLOCAL?

The easiest way:
Make F1 visible, but give it a neutral name (eg. "Software").
Make F2 and F3 child features of F1.

What is the Install Level of F1 and what's the value of your INSTALLLEVEL property?

all install levels are set to '1'.
in the Property Manager, INSTALLLEVEL=100.
