How can I import a VB Project to Merge Module Project?
When I create a Basic MSI Project I get the Import VB project option enabled, but if I create a Merge Module Project I get it disabled.
I'm using InstallShield Dev 8.0

I don't think that's possible.
Instead try this: create a (blank) merge module project. Now export the components from your VB project to the merge module project.
