Setup works fine on Win2k with user privileges, but on NT4 error 1202 appears (administrator rights required). Setup uses Common Dialog, Visual Basic VM and XML 3.0 merge modules, but they assigned to the feature with condition 'Not AdminUser' which sets install level to 101.
What's the problem?
By the way, project type is Basic MSI.

I have only one idea. Maybe problem is beause of that Windows Installer isn't installed in computer and setup can't install it without administrator rights. Is there any workaround for that?

To install the Installer Service on Windows NT, the installing user needs at least the privilige to install a service. Further, he needs rights to update files in the System32 folder. Finally, a reboot may be required, so the user needs the privilige to shut down the computer.
