Hi,

I am new to installshield.

when I run the setup.exe it removes the application,

but when I try to uninstall from add/remove programs, it shows as it is uninstalling, but does not remove any file. Entry removes from add/remove programs, but reappears on refreshing.

 

Can someone suggest probable solution

Hi,

Check code in your ONMainUIBefore and OnMainUIAfter functions in Setup.rul files.

Check with sample application.
