I have built an updateron two different machine (the code used was same).
One machine is Windows XP, Other is Windows 2000.
The size of update built on XP machine is approx 63 MB, where as the size of same updater on Win2000 amchine is 75 MB.

I am using InstallShield X (10.0) with SP1.
I am unable to understand this difference of more than 10 MB Can some one guess about this ???
Or just tell me if I should expect this difference in size, on different OS.

It might be a setting (use full files), or the MSI runtime version, or the version of InstallShield, or you are not including exactly the same files in your build, or you are including files from the operating system.
