How handle with locked files?

how can i work with locked dll's. i want to install some dlls but thex are locked!what to do???thanks thomas

I use the Installshield 5.0 Professional version. Faced the same issue. Set the 'Potentially Locked' parameter to 'Yes' in the corresponding File Group.
