Can someone briefly tell me some of the Pros & Cons of migrating from Pro-Windows Installer 2.03 to Developer 7.0? Is there a major benefit? Is this a move by InstallShield to phase out the earlier version?

InstallShield said that there will be no more fixed or updated for IPWI. The product has been replaced by ISD7. (There will be updates for IPWI 6 however)
