I know under options it shows a type of info page like i need but its not the one that shows the support urls and support emails

What version are you using?
6.2, it's under the owner's tab. Not sure if this is what you are looking for.

nope that one does not show support email and support url. one does somewhere. perhaps its when ou create the project? anyone know of one other than the obvious one? and its 6.1

I don't find that info in the versions of IS we use...
Edit your ipr file and see if you have an entry for those items there...maybe the mda file too.
