In add/Remove programs,
There is a link for Supprt Information. When we click that we get a dialog. There is a Close button on it. This button is not functional. Is there some settings to be done in MSI project. Otherwise there is any work around for that.

Can you reproduce this with other entries (not just from your setup) and on other machines? There's no setting in MSI that would control this, it sounds like a bug or misconfiguration to me.

I tried the same for other applications and on other systems and found the same bug. I was testing on Win 2K systems.
If it is a bug on windows, is there any work around for this, at least for my MSI project.

I try this button in Win 2k on many applications - it work fine.
