Hi,
We have two Basic MSI projects. Now I need modify one so that it becomes feature to another. Do you have any ideas, what is the easiest way to do that? Can I merge two MSI projects or import one to another?

You could export the components of one project to the other. You'd have to attach them to the other project's features, and this wouldnÄt copy any custom actions ort dialogs.

I wonder what happens, if customer has intalled using two msi's and then he/she is upgrading using single msi. Is that causing any problems?

In essence you would install the same component from two different products. That shouldn't be a problem.
