How do i set the ConditionTable entries if i want, that my product will installed only if another Software (e.g. CAPI) is installed?

or maybe can you say me, how do i install a component depended on a variable (bool) i use in a installscript.

greatest thing would be if you would tell me if i can start a service i install with the setup depended on a variable (bool) i get from a script
