Is it possible to put an InstallShield's project to Visual SourceSafe's project?
If yes, which files I have to put in VSS's project?

I keep my App.ism and my Setup.rul files in VSS. Source code can then be pulled from wherever you keep it.
You can also add your project to source control. Go to help and type in "source control".

If you are using ISWI 2.0 or higher, you can export your project to a text file, with an isv extension. This feature was added to allow a text based version to be placed into SourceSafe, so that changes to the file can be stored as differences instead of placing a new copy of the binary file in SourceSafe. It also allows you to view the differences between versions.
