I need to make MSI files, which include everything needed to install a program, without creating more than 1 file. I have used Veritas WinInstall LE to make a MSI file, but besides the MSI file, there are a couple of other files created and TWO folders with files. This is not acceptable. I need to have only the MSI file, so the other files and info will have to be included in the MSI file itself. Does anyone know how I can do this?
I hope someone is able to help me with this.

you should use cabinet files. you can read about it in the help file of SDK.
That would help you create an msi file, with all the source tree included.
