When installed a program, in Add/Remove Programs panel, select the
installed program and you can find the "Change" button (or "Change/
Remove") button. Normally when click this button windows will show the
msi maintenance UI, but now I don't want this msi maintenance UI but
another program which is designed by myself, how to do this?
Thanks very much for your help.

Set the ARPSYSTEMCOMPONENT property to 1 to prevent Windows Installer from creating an Add/Remove entry. Use the Registry table to create the entry yourself.

If you let Windows Installer create the entry it will display two separate buttons for Remove and Change. For non-MSi setups, or if you set ARPSYSTEMCOMPONENT and create the uninstall registry entry yourself, there will be one combined button Change/Remove.
