Iam Using devstudio 9.0 version, i want to prepare installation for Dotnetframe work 3.5 , whether my devstudio 9.0 supports Dotnetframework 3.5 if not means why???

There's no built in support for .NET Framework 3.0 in DevStudio 9 becuase DevStudio 9 is very old and was released long before .NET 3.5. Also DevStudio 9 is no longer supported so there will be no updates.
You would have to create your own setup.exe launcher that would install the framework and then launch your setup, or upgrade to the latest version, InstallShield 2009.
