I need my install program to add a new user in windows 2000. I am not sure that there is an easy way to do so or not.

Somewhere in the help for the MSI SDK 1.2, they gave an example. This was a big deal to do for me and you needed to create DLLS and such. They showed you how to do it. Then, you needed to create tables in the MSI file, which for ISWI 2.x meant creating them after the install was built. This took about an hour or more. Everytime the install would be rebuilt, these would have needed to be redone. If you know SQL stuff, you can automate this process.
Others was talked about using the netuseradd command or something similar to that. The MS example took into consideration uninstall, rollbacks, etc. I eventually lost interest in doing this, so I never completed it.
