Urgent:using access 97 with BDE

Hi all, we are building our application which write in Delphi, use access 97 as database driver and with BDE to adding alias to connect the database. We have insert the Ms access 97 and BDE 5.11 object in the component, however, when open our application when installed the installshield, (the pc do not have Ms Office), the error "Cannot connect database error" occur. Is there any more component we need to included in the project or any steps we have missed?

I also had Problems with the Access 97 Object under IS 7.01.
In the end my way was going back to IS 6.31. :-(
