How can I check, if instalator files that I've built aren't corrupted? I have an issue, when my release was transferred by FTP. There was some file corruption. How can I detect such a corruption in a basic MSI project?
There is a MD5 checking in Install Script project. Is any similar solution for basic MSI?
regards,
m.

A different approach is digital signatures - it tells you whether a file was tampered after you signed it.
You can sign MSI files and CAB files. I'm pretty sure that Windows Installer validates signed MSI files and signed CAB files.
