I need add COM+ components to my installation project.
InstallShield X support Component Services installation mechanism.
But to install my COM+ components, the components needs to be registered on
my system.
Can I bypass this requirement, using WI database api or other scripting?
MSI database include Complus table, perhaps I can directly add rows.
I need to add components dynamically, registration on my system seems to be complicated.

I don't think there's a way to get the required information to populare the complus table without installing the COM+ application.
Maybe you can use another computer to create a merge module for this COM+ application and use this in your setup?
