Hello,

I am a newbie to Installshield Developer (and I'm am kinda lost to be honest). I need to do the following Install a program in 3 major parts:

1. Install TCP/IP Printer Port (I found out I can do this by coping the registry files, but I don't know if that's the recommended way to do it). I then need to add a custom print driver (HP 450ci), and finally setup the default printer with the driver and port above.

2. Install a web cam driver (so when the user plugs in the camera, Microsoft automatically finds the driver)

3. Uninstall a custom program from the add/remove programs menu

Any help on any of these parts will be soooooo greatly appreciated. . . I honestly do not even know where to start... should I be scripting this stuff? In any language, etc.

For 3 you can read the uninstall registry key (using System Search) and then execute the command in a custom action.
