Uninstallation hang for 20-30 min on XP and Vista

I need your help for this issue.
I ceate the MSI Project by installShield 12, and this project uncompressed file size 413 MB and 11700 files. installer size is 210MB. the installer is support mutilanguage.

Install it and run application, uninstall it and i need take some 30 min to uninstall it.

I create a log file. follow as:

what is the _removefilePath?
How can i to reduce this time? 30 min is so longer time for custom.

i need your help.!!!

Hard to say exactly why its taking so long, but at a rough guess, I would say its because you have so many files.

You can search on google for "_RemoveFilePath" and there are a few posts about this by other users.

It might be one particular file thats causing the issue. Maybe you can try and nail down if its the size or the files, or the amount of files?

Maybe a verbose log has some more hints (verbose: include -v in the options).
And check the event log, maybe it reveals some clues.

Thsi means that there is no such table in your setup - which doesn't have to be a problem (you can see many 2205 messages for optional tables).

I believe that in this stage Windows Installer has to go through all components and files to see if they exist, are shared with other applications, are locked/in use etc.
