Hi,
Is there anyway to change InstallShield default icon to my own icon?
I mean a global change, so that I don't need to replace icon in
each single dialog?

There are several Installshield icons in a setup. First there is the icon for the setup.exe file itself that shows up in Windows Explorer. To change this you could try to open the file as a resource in Visual Studio and see if you are allowed to change the icon.
