i've following problem :
the user who installs my setup has not admin rights
how can i give the user temporarily admin rights ?
or has anybody an other solution ?

Hi Peter,
The only ones who can grant/revoke administrator rights to a user are administrators themselves. There are with WinNT no "temporary admin" rights.
If your setup reaaly needs admin rights to be installed, then your only option is to have it installed by someone with administrator rights.

my solution :
call in a batch-file su.exe and then setup.exe
