INSTALLED property??????

I want to do a specific custom action only during uninstallation.
How can I do this using the INSTALLED property? or is there any other way to do this?

Please give me an example

If its only during uninstall you should use REMOVE="ALL" is there any reason why it has to be with 'Installed' property.

Installed will run during reinstall, repair and uninstall.
