Checking for running processes

Is there any way to check which processes are currently running on the computer?

I know there is the "Kill Process" action, so InstallShield clearly has the ability to find a running process. But I don't want to kill the process -- just alert the user that the process is running then abort the installation.

I am not aware of a way to do this through MSI directly. I know the Files In Use dialog gets its data from somewhere. It escapes me at the moment.
