How to hide the repair button

Hi!

I was wondering if there was some way to Hide or Disable the Add/Remove Panel buttons "Change" or the "Repair" button inside it?

It is certainly possible because some of my installed applications have the change button disabled. But how?

Look at ARPNOMODIFY and ARPNOREPAIR.
