Does anyone know where I might find a generic freeware/shareware generic EULA which I could modify and use in my installation???
Thanks,
Jim B

Well, since no one else has replied to this Jim, I'll give a shot.
The first thing I would have done was a Google search on generic EULA.
If that didn't help, I would look at the EULA for one of the many pieces of software I use and do what all great lawyers do - COPY IT. Then edit it changing the parts I need to reflect my compnay. As long as the EULA does not state that you can't copy the EULA you should be ok. It's basically a contract between yopur company and the end user. Contracts are usually exactly the same except for personal information because lawyers don't like to monkey with what works. If you change wording it sometimes opens loopholes.
Good luck
