I am trying to create an install for a virtual directory, IIS app, User Group, and Web files. I want to be able to use the same MSI multiple times w/ out uninstalling a previous install, and be able to keep track of all installs.
What I would like to know is if anyone knows a way to do this, or mabey if its possible to change the package GUID @ runtime. (ie merge module/transform/)
any help would be appriciated.

You could either build multiple releases with different product codes, or use "Multi Instance Tranbsforms" (read MSI help about their functionality and limitations)
Or maybe you can use one setup, and make these options features in that one MSI?
