Hallo zusammen!
Ich hab grad ein bisschen im Windows-Installer-Bereich des Microsoft Developer Networks rumgesurft und bin auf folgende Page gestossen:
What happens if the component rules are broken?
Da steht im dritten Abschnitt folgender Satz:
"An author adds resources to a component without the changing the component code."
Versteh ich das richtig oder muss man laut dieser Aussage die Component GUID einer bestehenden Komponente jedesmal ändern wenn man ihr neue Dateien hinzufügt?
Das wäre mir neu... ich hab das im InstallShield Handbuch nirgends gesehen...
Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen?

Naja, die FOlgen sind ja dort beschrieben. Kommt darauf an ob du damit leben kannst.
