I am a new user of Install Shield version 7.0
Bill boards are not working for me.
The Bill boards do not show up while my files are being copied. The spash screen shows up at the very
start, thats all.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong.
By the way I named the bmp files as bbrd1.bmp... bbrd4.bmp

I had the same problem with a standard project that was just a simple test install. Didn't do much with scripting or other advanced features. No Billboards. Even named bbrd1.bmp. Anybody have an answer?

As far as I remember,
My Problem was as follows.

Enable(BACKGROUND);

On top of it.
You have to number the files
as bbrd1.bmp, bbrd2.bmp etc.
No other naming will work.
There is a sample also in version 7.02
Try that out.
I do not think any
technical people from install shield answers this
forum, you have to pay at least 跌 to just get their
email support.
If you have bought the product, you will
get a month of free support.
Another person also had the same problem with this
billboard, he emailed me directly. I am adding my
answer to him here.
Their billboard design is not very
straight forward.
