How can I do to avoid the installation of a component at runtime?,
i.e., if the user answer "Yes" I must install the component, otherwise not.
I need to do this in the method "Installing" of the component.

I don't think this can be done in the Installing event of the component. Ask the question before you start the file copy, and call ComponentSelectItem.
