chinese problem with Scrollable Text control

Hello!

When building my Chinese Release I get the following error message:

** Error -4105: Cannot add control Memo for dialog LicenseAgreement

The German Release with the same file is build without error.
In the User Interfaces View, the content of the rtf-file is shown in the Chinese dialog view.

Hello, I've got the solution!

The name of the RTF-file included the german character "ü".
Without this char, the release build runs through without error.
Blanks and the lenght of the filename doesn't matter.
