I had a working installation of a product in BETA. So, now I come back to add a few files so we can get out another version. I also plug in some logic for a 'minor upgrade' but now when I run it, I get the 2711 in CostFinalize. I've taken a good look at the tables it scans (Features, Component) and don't see anything abnormal.

I've already searched the KB as well. I've tried giving the project a different ProductID since I suspected some kind of confusion with the CompID codes. I also see this in the MSI log

MSI © (64:94): Note: 1: 2262 2: Patch 3: -2147287038

Which seems to say a 'Patch' stream doesn't exist? Any ideas?

2711: Does it tell you the name of the missing feature?

2262: This is just a note. If you're not patching, you don't need to have a patch stream.

No. Where is getting the Fatures it wants from? Conditions?
