I am having a tough time with this, I am probably missing something stupid.
Like many others we do our build of the setup.exe and copy it out to hundreds of CDs for distibution. However this time we also want to have the install take two additional files that are on those CDs and copy them into the InstallDir of the endusers machines.
My problem...I can't seem to get the syntax correct for the XCopyFile to work.

Ooop.....
Well, after looking at it for an eternity I found the problem....I had only one \ instead of \\ at one point in the path.
