FileCompare problems

I'm using InstallShield 10.5 and want to know what date on a file FileCompare() uses when you pass in the COMPARE_DATE argument. I thought that it was the modified date but that does not appear to be the case. The help documentation does not specify what date it looks at.

Ok, after some testing I believe that it does use the modified date. There was in error in my script previously which led me to believe that IS was not using the modify date.
