Unregister the DLL

Hi,
I have installed a MSI which contains a DLL file to be copied to the System32 Directory. This file has been set as Permanent and Shared. Also the Self Register has been selected.
While uninstalling, the Registry items and the files do not get deleted.
The testing was done on a frest o/s.
Please help

If you set a file to be permanent it will not be uninstalled. If you set it to be shared it will not be uninstalled if the DLL ref count in the registry shows that another application depends on this dll.
