We have a chat software application very similar to Yahoo messenger.
The user logged in and opened the chat window etc...but later he decided to uninstall the app and he complains saying the app is not uninstalled and it is showing Locked file.
any suggestions on this ?
I am using InstallShield Dev Studio 9.0 (Install MSI).

He should exit your application before uninstalling it. And your application shoudl free all resources when it terminates.
