unable uninstall

Currently I have built an application by using the installshield but I realise I unable uninstall the application which I built. If I dont want delete the virtual directory, then I can remove it normally.So I want to ask about is it have any method can uninstall the application without delete the virtual directory?

What is the actual problem you have with the uninstall?

Finally i done it by edited the product properties's INSTALLDIR
