I'm currently using VS.Net but I'd be willing to switch. I need to add a complete folder structure. At the time of compile I need to have the project grab ever file in the structure. The problem is this structure changes so I can't keep track of the each and every file in the setup project. Any dieas on how to achieve this?

Also, I'm using VS.Net right now but would you guys recommend switching to a different tool to create this? The only real requirement that I have is that it'll compile the package from the CLI.
