Hi
I have install three related product installers (created either with InstallScript MSI or Basic MSI).
Is there any general process to create a Single Suite Installer that can invoke the three related installers to complete the product Installation?
Is there any concept of Suite Installation in Windows Installer similar to the one in Universal Installer ?

No, there's no similar concept. You could either use a CD Browser type of tool (autorun program, see also www.autorun.info) or you could create an "umbrella" setup. For this I would recommend the InstallScript (without MSI) project type.
