On Microsoft's knowledge base page for the Windows Installer Cleanup utility, it states that it is not supported for Windows Installer 2.0. Has anyone encountered any problems as a result of running the utility with Windows Installer 2.0? I ran it on Win 98 and XP with no apparent problems.

Had no problems this end either: XP Home, XP Pro, Windows 2000, Windows NT.

After clean up an instalation with MSI 2.0, the new "reinstalation" had problems in the comparation with versions of some files (the old ones continued)
There is a new version of msizap (2.0) which apparently work fine
