Detecting if WMI is installed

I need to determine a way to determine if Microsoft's Windows Management Interface is installed on the system, and if not, display a message informing the user to download the core files, and abort the installation.

If anyone knows of a merge module to install this, that would be evern better, because MS does not have a redistributable version of WMI and we have to send the users to Microsoft to download it themselves.
